How We Got Here

2018

Started in a Shared Office

Three of us, one desk, and way too much ambition. We knew tech recruiting was broken - too robotic, not enough human touch. So we figured, why not try something different?

2019

First Big Success

Placed our 50th candidate and realized we weren't just filling roles anymore. People were telling us we changed their careers. That hit different, y'know?

2020

The Pivot Year

Like everyone else, we went fully remote. But weirdly, it made us better at connecting people. Turns out geography doesn't matter when you've got the right approach.

2022

Moved to Bay Street

Got our own space, doubled the team, and started working with some of Toronto's fastest-growing startups. Still felt surreal walking in every morning.

2024

Expanded Services

Our clients kept asking for help beyond just hiring. So we added consulting, employer branding, the whole nine yards. Turns out listening to what people need actually works.

2025

Today & Tomorrow

We've helped over 800 people find their next chapter and worked with 200+ companies. But honestly? We're just getting started.

We're Not Your Typical HR Firm

Look, we could tell you we're "industry-leading innovators" or whatever, but that'd be boring. Truth is, we just got tired of seeing great people get stuck in the wrong jobs and good companies struggle to find the right fit.

We work mostly with tech and creative industries because that's where we came from. We've been in your shoes - dealt with the stress of hiring under pressure, felt the anxiety of looking for the next opportunity. That experience matters.

We've built this whole thing on the idea that recruiting shouldn't feel transactional. Yeah, there's business involved, but at the end of the day, we're talking about people's livelihoods and companies' futures. That stuff matters.
