Look, we're not gonna pretend we're perfect, but we do give a damn about finding the right people. If you love connecting talent with opportunities and wanna grow in an industry that's always evolving, let's talk.
Work from wherever you're productive - we trust you
Comprehensive benefits that don't suck
Real training and development, not just lip service
Because burnout helps nobody
No toxic drama, just solid humans
We pay what you're worth, plus bonuses
Actually enforced, not just a poster on the wall
We need someone who gets tech talent - like really gets it. You'll be hunting down developers, engineers, and IT pros for our clients. If you've spent time in the trenches and know how to spot real talent vs resume fluff, we wanna hear from you.
Starting out in recruitment? Cool. You'll be helping our team with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things moving. Great way to learn the ropes.
You'll work with companies to fix their talent processes - everything from hiring strategies to retention programs. Need someone who's been around the block and can tell clients what they need to hear, not just what they wanna hear.
Looking for designers, content creators, UX folks - you know, the creative crowd. You should probably have some creative background yourself so you can actually vibe with these candidates.
Keep our internal systems running smooth. HRIS management, process documentation, compliance stuff. If you're detail-oriented and low-key enjoy spreadsheets, this might be your jam.
High-level placements - C-suite, VPs, directors. You'll need polish, discretion, and the ability to have real conversations with senior execs. Not an entry-level gig.
Help companies look good to potential hires. Social media, content creation, candidate experience stuff. You get the vibe - making workplaces seem attractive without being cringe about it.
Lead a small team placing IT contractors and permanent hires. You'll manage client relationships, oversee placements, and mentor recruiters. Need someone who's done this before and won't freak out when things get busy.
Figure out where clients' HR processes are broken and help fix 'em. Data analysis, workflow mapping, that kind of thing. Good fit if you're analytical and like solving puzzles.
Dig deep to find passive candidates. LinkedIn stalking elevated to an art form. You'll research companies, industries, and individuals to build target lists for our search team.
Be the go-to person for client questions and needs. You'll coordinate between our recruiters and clients, manage expectations, and generally keep everyone happy. People skills required.
Focus on temp and contract placements. Fast-paced, lots of volume. If you thrive on quick turnarounds and don't mind juggling multiple things at once, you'll do well here.
Write blogs, guides, and content about recruitment and HR stuff. Make it interesting without sounding like every other boring corporate blog out there. Part-time to start.
Help companies build better workplace cultures. Employee engagement programs, culture assessments, that whole deal. You should actually believe in this stuff, not just selling it.
